Workplace Fatigue Fatigue in the workplace is a serious and growing problem for both employers and employees.  As we discussed in part 1, fatigue is caused by many factors. For example, feelings of tiredness or exhaustion, weakness, lack of energy, or reduced muscle strength and coordination.
