So we all know, we may not get to the gym during the Winter months; but how about getting fit at home in a living room workout? At home is a great way to exercise without having to leave your home.
Living Room Workout
First and foremost, exercising from the comfort of your own home is a great way to stay in shape. Indeed, this is something that anyone can do. In the first place, all you need is a floor mat. So, are you ready to begin your living room workout?

By doing something as simple as rocking back and forth a few times, your muscles will start to relax. Another great stretching exercise is to get a chair and put one leg at a time on the chair and hold for a count of 20. And, than alternate to your other leg.
Now that stretching is complete; time to get started with other exercise. When exercising at home; make sure you have a good floor mat.

If you’re on a budget; of course working out at home saves money. Since you’re not moving from machine to machine; you save yourself a lot of time. Another benefit from working out at home; is you can do your exercise at your own pace. And, of course you don’t have anyone watching you.
Of course, any exercise you do will benefit your health. You can set aside 10 -15 minutes a day and do a combination of abdominal crunches, lunges, planks and lean up against a wall and squat.
